US: PCE rose 1.0% YoY in March

FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The US Commerce Department informed that the US inflation, measured by the Personal Consumption Expenditures, rose 1.0% YoY in March and contracted 0.1% on a monthly basis vs. the median at 1.0% and -0.1%, respectively. The Core PCE, which strips the food and energy costs, rose 1.1% YoY and came in flat inter-month.

Personal Income rose 0.2% on a monthly basis while Personal Spending rose 0.2%.
